Prior to joining Gravitate in 2026, Sebastian spent seven years in corporate banking with Barclays, supporting SMEs with growth funding, working capital requirements, and wider debt finance solutions. This experience gave him a strong understanding of both the challenges faced by business owners and the decision-making processes of lenders and funders, enabling him to bridge the gap between the two.
Outside of work, Sebastian enjoys staying active through padel and golf. He has a genuine passion for meeting new people, building relationships, and developing connections across the business community.
