Gravitate "Claim a FREE Service" Promotion at FORGE 2026, Sheffield, 14 May 2026.
These terms govern the free service offer made by Gravitate Accounting Limited, Gravitate Corporate Finance Limited and Gravitate Tax Limited (together, "Gravitate", "we", "us"). By submitting the claim form, you confirm you have read, understood and accepted these terms.
1. The promoter. The promoter is Gravitate Digital Group Limited, Unit 13e, 92 Burton Road, Neepsend, Sheffield, S3 8BX. Each free service is delivered by the relevant Gravitate group company.
2. Eligibility. The promotion is open to UK-registered businesses and business owners (limited companies, LLPs, partnerships and sole traders) trading for at least 12 months. The person submitting the claim must be aged 18 or over and authorised by the business to engage Gravitate. The promotion is not open to (a) Gravitate employees, contractors, agents or their immediate families; (b) current or former employees of competing accountancy, tax or corporate finance firms; (c) businesses based outside the United Kingdom; or (d) any individual or business Gravitate reasonably believes is not a genuine prospective client.
3. How to enter. Claims must be submitted via the official Gravitate claim form linked from the QR codes displayed at FORGE 2026 or shared by a Gravitate representative at the event. Requests received by any other route (email, social media, post, etc.) will not be accepted.
4. Claim period. The promotion opens on 14 May 2026 and closes at 23:59 (UK time) on Friday 29 May 2026. Claims received after that time will not be considered.
5. The free services. Eligible claimants may select one free service from the following options: Finance Function Automation Review, a one-off set of Management Accounts (single accounting period, drawn from your existing bookkeeping records), Transaction Readiness Review, Budget & Forecast Review, Tax Review of Company Structure, or "5 Biggest Tax Triggers" Diagnostic.
The scope and deliverables of each service are at Gravitate's reasonable discretion and are described in the relevant engagement letter, which the claimant must sign before any work begins. The free service is limited to a fixed scope of work of equivalent value to a single advisory session or report and does not include implementation, ongoing advisory work, the production of statutory accounts, the filing of returns, or any work that goes beyond the agreed scope. Any additional work will be quoted and charged separately, subject to a separate engagement letter.
6. Selection of recipients. Submitting a valid claim form does not guarantee receipt of a free service. Gravitate reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to (a) verify the information provided, including by reference to Companies House and other public sources; (b) decline any claim that is incomplete, inaccurate, duplicate, ineligible or not made in good faith; and (c) limit the total number of free services awarded. Gravitate's decision in all matters relating to the promotion is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
7. Redemption. The free service must be booked in with Gravitate within 30 days of acceptance of the entry. After these periods, the entitlement lapses. The claimant must provide Gravitate with the information and access reasonably required to deliver the service (including, where relevant, read-only access to accounting software, prior year accounts, management information and corporate structure details). Where the claimant fails to provide such information within a reasonable period, Gravitate may withdraw the free service without obligation.
8. No cash alternative. The free service has no cash value and cannot be exchanged, transferred, resold or substituted for any alternative. The entitlement is personal to the entrant business and may not be assigned.
9. Anti-money laundering and onboarding. Before any service is delivered, the claimant business and its beneficial owners must complete Gravitate's standard client onboarding checks, including identity verification and anti-money laundering ("AML") checks as required by UK law. Where onboarding cannot be completed, the free service cannot be provided.
10. Nature of the advice. Findings, recommendations or outputs provided as part of the free service are based solely on the information supplied by the claimant and are intended as general indicative guidance to introduce the claimant to Gravitate's services. They do not constitute formal accounting, tax, audit, legal or investment advice, and should not be relied upon without a separate, paid engagement and engagement letter. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gravitate accepts no liability for any decision taken, or not taken, on the basis of the free service output. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under UK law, including for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.
11. Confidentiality. Information provided by the claimant in connection with the free service will be treated in confidence in accordance with Gravitate's normal professional standards. Gravitate may use anonymised, aggregated insights from the promotion for internal analysis and marketing purposes.
12. Data protection. Personal data submitted via the claim form is processed by Gravitate as data controller for the purposes of (a) administering the promotion and delivering the free service; (b) carrying out client onboarding and AML checks; and (c) where consent has been given, sending marketing communications. Personal data will be retained in line with Gravitate's data retention policy and applicable law. Full details, including the lawful bases for processing, your rights and how to exercise them, are set out in our Privacy Notice at https://www.gravitate.digital/privacy-policy. Marketing consent can be withdrawn at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting hello@gravitate.digital.
13. Publicity. Gravitate may, with the claimant's prior written consent, reference the engagement in case studies, marketing materials or social media. No such use will be made without express consent.
14. Variation, suspension and cancellation. Gravitate reserves the right at any time to vary, suspend, withdraw or cancel the promotion, in whole or in part, where reasonably necessary, including for reasons outside its control. Where this happens, Gravitate will use reasonable efforts to publish notice of the change.
15. Conduct. Gravitate reserves the right to disqualify any claimant who, in its reasonable opinion, tampers with the entry process, provides false information, behaves abusively towards Gravitate staff, or otherwise acts in bad faith.
16. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the promotion is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
17. Contact. For questions about the promotion, contact marketing@gravitate.digital or 0114 321 7459.
