Claire runs Gravitate's HR, finance and operations, including HR policies, Management Accounts, and ensuring the company is on the right track financially.

She loves the wide variety of interesting and engaging work available, and identifies areas where things can be even better. She also plans regular inclusive staff socials.

Outside of work, Claire loves spending quality time with her family, including two girls, who will always be her priority.
