About Sam

Sam Newton FCCA co-founded Gravitate with Mike Crocker in 2019, having built considerable experience in digital accounting, acting as an Outsourced Finance Director, and mastering Xero and its app marketplace.

Sam loves the Sheffield region and getting to know the businesses within it. He has a keen understanding of where business pain-points lie and helps clients put plans in place to solve them. Outside of work, Sam loves spending time with his family, including two boys. He is also a keen runner, sports fanatic, and has most recently taken up Padel.
